For the cooler seasons there is a comforting log burning stove.

  

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a Dining area with table and chairs to seat six. 

A patio door leads to a private garden.  

    

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and solid  pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
The room overlooks the back garden and provides countryside views and sea glimpses. 

  

Bedroom 2 has twin beds with solid pine combination wardrobe and bedside cabinet, plus additional drawers.  The room overlooks the front garden

 

Quiet room/Bedroom 3 provides a place to be quiet or study, and a futon  is provided to convert to a bed if required as an additional bedroom.

  

The bathroom is pleasantly laid out and includes an electric shower over the bath.

  

The garden is terraced and has views to the countryside. A timber decked area provides a place to relax or eat outside. Garden furniture and a barbecue is available for your use.

  

There is parking for two cars on the drive.
